What To Expect

Player Selection Process

1.) Players attend an Early Bird – Early Decision Tryout

a.) Players are assessed on their ability to play in the program
b.) Players may be offered a roster spot to participate in our program in 2022 within 48 hours of tryouts
c.) Players who accept these invitations (within 3 days of offer) will be guaranteed a  roster spot on a team at their age level, but not necessarily for a  specific team in cases of multiple teams at an age level. (THESE FINAL DECISIONS WILL BE MADE AFTER REGULAR TRYOUTS.)
d.) Tuition will be collected on a July (deposit) – December, or July (deposit) to March payment schedule.
e.) Families who commit during the “Early Decision” period will be spreading their tuition payments over an extra month, which will reduce their regular monthly payment amount
f.) Other Incentives may be offered to those who commit during the “Early Decision” period.

2.) Players attend a regular 2022 Bay Sox Baseball Tryout Session

a.) Players are assessed on their ability to play in the program.
b.) Players may be offered a roster spot to participate in our program in 2022 within 48 hours of tryouts
c.) Players who accept these invitations (within 3 days of offer) will be placed on a  specific 2022 Bay Sox Baseball team, along with players who made an “Early Decision”.
d.) Tuition will be collected on an August (deposit) – December, or August (deposit) to March payment schedule.
e.)Unfilled roster spots will be filled on a rolling basis after tryouts have concluded.
